I found the crossover straps extremely harsh on the skin. The black part that touches my foot is very very hard and stiff. I wish I could return them. I have tried shoes stretching with the aim to accommodate my foot all though they do fit perfectly. I only buy " I love Billie " and am incredibly dissatisfied with these shoes.

Love this brand and these shoes - however they are very stiff the black part around the cross over natural material. Rubs hard on the top of my foot so need a solution to be able to wear them...🤔

These look so good on, but they make embarrassing whooshing wind noises when you walk. The low quality vinyl literally tears the skin off the top of your feet after a few minutes of wear each time. I end up with huge blisters where the straps cross over and on the inside top of the foot. The straps even roll bandaids off in their attempt to give you more blisters. Absolute waste of money.

Shoes are initially a bit loose and not ideal for walking in. The strap is too far down the foot to properly keep them in place. Once you've been wearing them for a while they seem to stick to your feet better, however, mine then left blisters on both my feet. Good for going to lunch for example. But would not recommend them if you're walking a lot.
