Torrent Cognac Leather Chelsea Boots - Refund

Hi there, I bought these just over a week ago and have not worn them.The finish around the inside heel is rough and uneven, and one shoe appears to be missing the pull tab at the back. I have attached photos showing both shoes.
I am disappointed with their condition and would appreciate a refund. Please let me know how to return them and provide a prepaid return label.

Very comfortable worth the money. Just a little loose on my heel so has some movement. Maybe gel inserts will help.

Incorrect Sizing

Unfortunately they didn't fit and had to be returned. I purchased the same size, same make previously and it was fine. Purchased again, just a different model and it didn't fit. Styletread need to do more to ensure sizing is correct. Sadly they didn't refund the postage even though it was not my error.

Great disappointment, poor quality soles

Incredibly disappointed in the quality of this shoe. Purchased four months ago to wear in an office setting. Soles are so worn that they need replacing already.
