Rubbing my feet raw

Appears to be the right size, but has rubbed one or two spots raw on each foot. It rolls up the band-aids placed over these, sometimes in less than five minutes. I've spent weeks trying to break these in with walks of half an hour or less, and have nearly finished a box of band-aids. It shows not the slightest hint of improving.
