Very comfortable boot! The purple colour is lovely. It gives my winter clothing the colour boost it was needing.

Although not leather the boots are super comfortable. The low heal means you can wear them all day.

The I Love Billy boots use to be my go too, I have been wearing the same size for years. For some reason, my last couple of purchases have been very disappointing. The size 40 are no longer a true fit, they run very small. The design is beautiful however sizes do not meet expectations.

Nice boots but the soles are shiny - no tread to speak of so are incredibly slippery. A very silly omission for a winter boot. I’ve had to take them to a cobbler to be be sorted out which is an added expense. Otherwise as mentioned in other reviews they run small and I would definitely recommend sizing up. Narrow fit on the calf. But a nice boot over all.

Very small fit - the sizing is way off for this boot. I bought the size 8 but couldn't get my foot in the boot - i have other pairs of boots in this brand but wow, it was WAY off with the sizing . Definitely give these a miss if you have a calf, they are too small in the calf circumference too. A bit disappointed as the colour was what i was after.

The fit is small as others have commented, I had to go a size up. The soles are very slippery which is a bit of a safety hazard, so I'd recommend adding some extra grips to the bottom. Having worn them on 3 occasions and over a full work day today, they seem to be less comfortable than I was expecting. The front is slightly narrow, or maybe just inflexible, making my toes feel a bit squashed in one foot. However, I love the colour and the aesthetic, and Williams made it really easy to exchange the size 38 for a size 39, for which I'm very grateful. Shout out to the lady at The Glen who was very helpful and efficient with the exchange. In other words, 5/5 for service, 4/5 for aesthetics, 3/5 for comfort, 2/5 for quality, which I've rolled into a 3 star rating.

I am not big by any means (size 10-12), however I could not get the zip much higher than ankle height so had to return them. Really disappointed as the colour was great and I would have loved to be able to wear these :(

These chocolate boots are a stunning colour and fit me really well. The only thing I don’t love is the sole of the boots. There is very little grip. I’m hoping that they will grip up with wear.

I sized up after reading the comments and it was still too small. I am normally a size 36 and ordered a 37. I could not do the zipper up past my ankle.

Unfortunately only for those with long skinny legs and feet. Had to return.

Waaaaay too small. Purchased a 41 (10.5) as I wear between a 40-42 and as soon as I unboxed it I realised the size I received was equivalent to a 39. Please take note when purchasing from Williams they run small with the sizing.

These shoes are lovely...only if you have a very narrow foot!

After looking everywhere, decided to buy these boots...and it was a great choice. They are a slightly snug/narrow fit but not uncomfortable( I purchased 7, which is my normal size). Suitable for all occasions, great with leggings or with a dress or skirt . Definitely value for money!! Can wear all day with no complaints. Fit perfectly around the calf with no gasping at the top...love them!!

received quickly and was excited to wear them, but unfortunately they really are very small. All my other boots are size 41 but I found this a lot smaller. Only go to size 42 (which are not currently available) may not be big enough either with socks. Had to return them
