Ballet leather flats
I bought these 3 weeks ago & found the size 37 was too big, despite ordering another pair of shoes the same day a size 37.
I emailed the company & never received an answer.
Q: Please tell us what size you purchased?
A: Purchased a size 37
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed
I'm really disappointed in these shoes and have sent them back. I've worn Supersoft for years and years , but these were just a whole new level of bad!!....the inner sole was separate and the fit was shocking! I really hope it was just a one off thing!!

Size chart wrong
I could only give this one star because after 3 goes I could not get the size I wanted. Your size charts are not correct as I should be a 38-39 none of them fitted, so went to a 37 still didn't fit. They were all too big. I got sick of buying then and sending back and decided not to go for the next size down because I was sick of sending them back. I'm sure the shoes may have been good but alas I will never know
