I bought two pairs of shoes with the second pair at half price. I got measured for a size 6 black pair in the store and ordered a different color in the same size, which was delivered a few days ago, but it is a bit large. The store is not willing to exchange it, and the store owner asked me to bring both pairs, but I have already worn the other pair.

Comfortable and well worked off. Little black hoop on the back of the boot ripped off the first time I put the boot on which is disappointing
