Inconsistent Sizes

These appear to be a quality shoe. Unfortunately in size 9 UK they are around 1cm shorter than a regular size 9 UK. Returning them was easy and I was hoping to have them replaced with a larger size but a refund was given. I have now lost my discount. Williams need to update the size guide for these shoes as it wasted time and postage costs. The Albatross sneakers purchased on the same order in 9 UK is sized correctly.
