Lovely shoes but disappointing

Even though I was pleased with my new leather shoes, I was very disappointed to find they are not leather lined. They are lined in a synthetic material. I wear a half orthotic and had to remove the Comfort Cushion Footbed, which is nothing but thick awful foam with a thin leather top. The Removable footbed was difficult to remove and several pieces of foam are still stuck to lining of my shoes.
I placed leather insoles in my new Gailas shoes and with my orthotics can walk in comfort. I have looked for this type of shoes for about two years and was pleased to have finally found. Such a pity I have to go to such lengths to wear in comfort.
