I buy multiple I Love Billy sandals in the same size but this was ridiculously stretched and kept flip flopping off. My mother who is a bigger size also couldn’t wear them. Once in store was advised they have had multiple complaints as appears they have made them with too much elastic in the heel.

This is the 4th pair iclvebought 3 black and 1 beige. I have wide feet and struggle to find comfy shoes that are old fashioned. I love these so comfy and modern. Please don’t stop making them. So Many other colours still to try

I was so excited to find these sandals online. When they arrived they certainly looked cute. Unfortunately the back heel strap is very stretched and loose, and I struggle to keep them on my feet. I would have exchanged for size 37 but there weren't any available online or at my local store. Disappointing purchase.

I bought the navy and purple ones and I love them so much. They are so comfy, even for walking, and they go with anything .

These sandals look lovely and feel very comfortable to wear. A little loose around the ankle, but maybe its my thin foot that's the problem. Can be used to dress up or wear with jeans. A good buy.
