Shoes are smaller than previous pairs

This is my third pair of these shoes. The first two pairs I wore out, and were comfortable from first wear. This pair are marked the same size but are smaller, causing blisters and toe bunching.

Comfy shoes, and I appreciate that you provide larger sizes in the Ladies range, as for many years I have been wearing mens' shoes as I need to wear special orthotics.
