They look like they're comfy, but they're not...

Uncomfortable and a poor fit. I really need to stop buying this brand of shoe as I nearly always return them. The photos of the shoes look cute, but this brand just never feels right when I try them on. I have a narrow foot, and the straps just were too big and had no way to adjust them.
