Odd sizing.

I loved the look of the shoes, but one shoe was bigger than the other and didn't fit. I ordered a size 39 and got one shoe in that size, and one bigger. And no, I don't have different sized feet.

I am a true size 8 1\2 so waver between sizes 39 and 40 depending on style. Although snug, the 39 is a comfortable fit

Lovely rose gold colour - very versatile. I was expecting this to be quite a stiff shoe that needed breaking in. After one wear they became very soft and comfortable. The slight heel and cut outs makes it feel more dressy than a regular flat.

The soles are really rigid making them very uncomfortable to walk in. Unable to return (2pairs) because I’d thrown the box out. I don’t think I’ll buy shoes online again.

A good fit, true to size, and they don’t rub at the heel/back of the ankle the way flats often do on me. I love the colour and the cut-out designs over the toes, and they’re comfortable. The only problem I’m having is that sometimes the back of the shoe pops off my heel while I’m walking. Possibly I need to add an insole with a little bit more grip.

This is the first time that I have had to return an I Love Billy shoe. I am ALWAYS a size 38 in this brand. But these shoes are so big that they flip off the back and nothing can save them. I tried an insole - the fit was still no good, and you can see it through the gap on the sides. I tried adding wadding to the toe box to push my foot back towards the heel - still no good. Sadly had to return.
